Spring Offer – Terms and Conditions

1.1  This promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Structured Electrical (ABN 45 142 465 629) (“we”, “us”, “Structured Electrical”).

1.2  Under the Promotion, eligible customers who spend $1,500 or more (inc. GST) on qualifying electrical work receive five (5) LED downlights supplied and installed at no additional charge, to a maximum value of $500 (inc. GST) (“the Offer”).

1.3  The Promotion runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 (“Promotional Period”), or until earlier withdrawn in accordance with clause 7.

2.1  The Offer is available to both new and existing residential and commercial customers within our standard service area who book and complete qualifying electrical work during the Promotional Period. No prior history with Structured Electrical is required.

2.2  The $1,500 qualifying spend:

• is calculated on a single invoice or job (multiple smaller jobs cannot be combined to reach the threshold, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing);
• refers to labour and/or materials for electrical work only, and excludes the value of the free downlights themselves;
• must be paid in full for the Offer to be honoured.

2.3  One redemption of the Offer applies per customer, per property, per Promotional Period, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

2.4  The Offer cannot be redeemed for work that is itself the subject of an insurance claim, warranty claim, or new-build/developer contract, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3.1  The Offer must be mentioned and confirmed with us at the time of quoting or booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively to work already quoted, invoiced, or completed.

3.2  Customers can request a quote via our website, phone, or email, quoting the “Spring Offer”.

3.3  We reserve the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility (e.g. confirmation of property and scope of work) before confirming the Offer.

4.1  The Offer includes supply and installation of five (5) standard LED downlights, to a combined value of up to $500 (inc. GST).

4.2  Downlights are installed or replaced at locations agreed with the customer, subject to safe and reasonable access, and compliance with the Wiring Rules (AS/NZS 3000) and all applicable safety standards.

4.3  If the customer requests a different downlight product, finish, or colour temperature than our standard offer model, or requests more than five (5) downlights, any price difference or additional units are payable by the customer at our standard rates.

4.4  Where existing wiring, switching, ceiling space, insulation clearance, or circuit capacity requires remediation to safely install the downlights, this work is not included in the Offer and will be quoted separately.

4.5  Any unused portion of the $500 value has no cash value and cannot be applied as a discount against other work, materials, or invoices.

5.1  The Offer:

• cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for an account credit, gift card, or alternative product;
• cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated;
• does not apply to call-out fees, emergency or after-hours work, or third-party products/services arranged on the customer's behalf;
• is subject to product availability – if the standard downlight model is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.

6.1  Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on the customer under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

6.2  All electrical work is carried out by licensed electricians and is covered by our standard workmanship warranty and any applicable statutory warranty on electrical work, details of which are available on request.

7.1  We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion, or these terms, at any time without notice, including due to product availability, provided that any Offer already confirmed in writing with a customer will be honoured.

7.2  We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Offer where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or non-genuine use of the Promotion.

7.3  3  These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Victoria.
